- All sales are final once production has begun.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."
- Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
2. Shipping & Delivery

- Production time (typically 5-7 business days) is separate from shipping time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues (e.g., weather, strikes).
3. Material Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship:
- Sterling Silver: Guaranteed to be solid .925 Sterling Silver.
- Gold Plated: Guaranteed to meet Gold Vermeil standards (thick gold plating over Sterling Silver).
